Custom-made high-tipe buckets, sent to Poland

Reschke Polska continues to equip companies in Poznan with high-quality attachments. The next individual order was completed and sent to the client - 2 high-tip buckets for CAT 972, with a volume of 5 m3.

To ensure efficient loading of large-sized stones, boulders and other heavy, medium-abrasive materials into railway cars, the bucket body is made entirely of wear-resistant steel HB 450 and HB 500. For additional protection of the cheeks from wear when working with abrasive materials, replaceable bolted side cutters are installed on the buckets, and heavy-duty hydraulic cylinders provide high load capacity.

They are equipped with damping seals to reduce the shock load at the time of the bucket's return to the frame, and a wide visor prevents overfilling.
